The Bizar staff is the perfect mix of talent and personality.  They have to be high energy and fun and super interactive.   Average personnel is 23 years of age.
All staff must be kind and have experience working with kids and adults.   All staff goes through extensive training and is trained by Jeff Bizar.

Brent – “The Captain”

Brent Nelson, aka The Captain has been with Bizar for over 15 years.
Often compared to Justin Timberlake because of his classy style of dress and his impressive dance ability, Brent thrives on doing it all and pleasing his clients. Like the superhero with the same name, The Captain has unreal endurance and energy which he uses to interact all night long. Locations, vendors and clients alike love his holistic approach to doing events. He takes care of everything and wouldn’t do it any other way.

Monte – Hip-Hop Head

Get ready to shake it. Monte’s next-level dance skills and magnetic style are your party’s X factor. Formerly of Flow Entertainment, he’s a warm, genuine emcee who eats, breathes and lives hip-hop. Monte is the director and choreographer for his own dance company, Movement Revolution, and also choreographs and teaches dance at American Rhythm Center and Soul2Sole. Bookings are limited, so catch Monte while you can.

Gerbie – Squad Leader

Ready? Okay! Here come Danielle Gerbie’s superhuman energy and dance skills. A former captain of the ultra-competitive New Trier High School dance team, Gerbie also danced with Hip Hop ConXion while earning her management and business degree from Indiana University. She performed with Hip Hop ConXion in Chicago’s dance show “The One” alongside talent from around the country. Gerbie’s emcee origin story started in high school, when she became the most requested party motivator in the company’s history.
